Abstract: We are aware of the challenges the world is facing at the moment: an enormous increase in energy consumption, which results in climate changes, and global warming. This is why CGD focuses on GaN, a WBG Material which enables highest efficiency and high switching frequencies.
We also know about the challenges designers, engineers, our customers are facing when working with GaN: the first one is the ease-of-use in diverse applications; the second is reliability.
This Webinar addresses mainly the first challenge and makes a key step forward toward the second, both achieved through the introduction of a new concept of ICeGaN.
