The Centre for Power Electronics (CPE) Annual Conference brings together the Power Electronics, Machines and Drives Community to review the latest research and development in the field. We’re delighted that next year’s conference will be held at the University of Sheffield from 8-9 July 2025.
The Conference will feature invited keynotes and presentations from leading academics and industrialists, views of the future demands for power electronics and drives, and opportunities for pursuing a career in this exciting field.
Several plenary talks will be dedicated to early/ mid career academics – for example those holding Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor positions. To this end the CPE Conference Organising Team invites abstracts from early/ mid career academics for oral presentations which describe the latest advancements in power electronics and drives.
Up to four abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during the Conference.
Those wishing to present their work at the CPE Annual Conference 2025 should submit an abstract of no more than 200 words and a biography of up to 150 words to: office@imaps.org.uk by Friday 20 December 2024. For further information see the CPE 2025 Call for Abstracts from Early/ Mid Career Academics.
